When he's not dreaming in Dutch or noodling on his iPhone, Joel can be found sharing his wealth of knowledge and thoughtful sensibilities on every project and with every client. He appreciates good design, is madly in love with his family, and like a true player, can never say “no” to a cup of coffee!

Rick Gregory | director of business development

Not only does Rick bring 30 years of sales, marketing and writing experience to bigger dot, he brings a sincere and genuine ability to communicate with people. An ever-growing life-long learner, Rick has a passion for investing in the lives of marginalized people, primarily in sub-Saharan East Africa. His humanitarian skills and efforts are literally pouring over. Rick is an environmental steward, a mountain man, a runner and a grandfather to four seriously adorable children.

Music lover, social networker, collector and aficionado of modern furniture and architecture, Jill Finley has been involved in design strategy and process for over 10 years. A member of AIGA since 2000, Jill now serves as Co-VP of Membership for the Los Angeles Chapter Board and previously served on the Salt Lake City Chapter Board.
