ChocoVivo makes chocolate from bean-to-bar. What makes the chocolate special is the way it is processed and the ingredients used. It’s stone ground which is how the Mayans and Aztecs made chocolate over 2000 years ago grinding chocolate with a tool similar to a mortar and pestle called a mano and metate.

7.9 million dollars says print is not dead
January 20th, 2012 by adminFILE – This undated file picture provided by Christie’s showing Snowy Owls is from a rare first edition set of John James Audubon’s “The Birds of America,” which sold at auction Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, for $7.9 million. Considered a masterpiece of ornithology art, the four-volume set contains more than 400 engraved hand-colored plates of all the North American species known to Audubon in the early 19th century. Reindeer Crossing: Coffee Art
December 20th, 2011 by adminFor over a decade, Angel Sarkela-Saur and Andrew Saur, have pioneered an art movement by creating fine art using coffee as the medium, Coffee Art®. Together, they developed a process and technique of painting with coffee. People have been using coffee as washes for sketches and other shading for some time, but this is one of the first times where a process is used to gain very dark hues. They concentrate on creating fine art and the communication of their works using this new medium. This artwork has been displayed in both traditional and nontraditional exhibitions. Their artwork has also been employed for special events and product launches for corporations large and small such as Alakef Coffee Roasters, Starbucks and Hershey’s.
